As a Claims Service Consultant - Liability Claims, you will join our National Liability Claims Unit. Responsible for supporting our customers and ensuring the timely and cost-efficient management of claims, you will use your technical knowledge and expertise to take ownership of your portfolio of claims and seek the best possible outcome for all stakeholders. **You'll be responsible for**: - Managing a portfolio of liability claims from end to end, providing advice to customers and stakeholders to ensure accurate completion and validation of claims - Ensuring and maintaining knowledge of current legislation and how this impact claims management - Establishing and maintaining relationships with customers and stakeholders - Ensuring compliance with the relevant regulations, legislation, guidelines and internal processes and procedures to avoid legislation breaches. **Important to your success**: - Tertiary/ Industry-specific qualifications. - Ability to plan and prioritise effectively, organise tasks and manage competing resources and demands. - Pays high attention to detail by completing tasks with thoroughness and accuracy and can quickly identify errors or inconsistencies within information. - Willingness to be a team player and support our collaborative and supportive culture. - Excellent verbal and written communication skills, combined with the ability to balance understanding, empathy and compassion. - Strong negotiation and conflict resolution skills. - Ability to provide superior customer service across a range of internal and external stakeholders **What's on offer?** - A team that will go out of their way to support you and ensure you’re able to be the best you can be - both personally and professionally. - Company benefits that you can count on to strengthen all parts of you - physically, mentally, socially and financially. - Work flexibly to reach your true potential. - Be excited to be part of a company that is making a positive impact on our environment, community and industry. **About us** Allianz is one of the most trusted insurance and asset management companies in the world.
