**About the role**:This role is a permanent position of 38 hours per week. We are looking for an enthusiastic and diligent individual to fill the role of internal sales clerk.

**Main responsibilities**:

- Following up on customer quotes.
- Achieving and maintaining rapport with customers
- Accurately receiving, invoicing and processing customer orders.
- Working with the sales team to achieve daily targets.

**Skills & experience**:

- Previous experience in a customer service industry is preferred
- Excellent work ethic
- Positive and professional attitude
- MYOB Exo experience preferred but no essential
- Must have ‘excellent’ English communication skills
- Ability to multi-task and prioritise
- Works well within a team as well as indepedently
- Locksmith product and industry knowledge is beneficial but not essential.
