This HR Business Partner supports a diverse and dynamic client group experiencing transformation and change. As a true HR Business Partner, you will be expected to consult/create solutions at a commercial level as well as provide tactical HR support. This is a 12-month parental leave contract.

Partnering with inspiring and intelligent business leaders, you will develop effective working relationships, influencing senior executives in the development and delivery of the people agenda to support the organisational wide strategy. A further focus will be around building leadership capability and continuing to enhance employee engagement through the execution of talent management and succession planning programs.

To be successful in this role, you will demonstrate the following:

- Technically sound HR skills across all disciplines including performance management, remuneration & reward, recruitment, employee relations, change management, succession planning, talent management and project management;
- Exceptional relationship and influencing skills across all levels including Executive level;
- A team focus with a flexible and pragmatic approach;
- Confidence and well-developed consulting and problem-solving skills;
- Prior experience in financial services would be advantageous;
- Tertiary qualifications in HR or related discipline.
