**The Role**

**About our Team**
The Office supports the Inspector-General of the Australian Defence Force (IGADF) in their statutory functions of overseeing the effectiveness of the military justice system.

The Directorate of Business Management and Governance looks after the corporate enablement of the Office.
- Must be of suitable character and background to work in an integrity and oversight organisation.
- Be resilient, and have the ability to demonstrate care, compassion, respect and understanding.
- Demonstrated experience in managing discreet, sensitive matters and confidential information.
- Well-developed verbal and written communication skills.
