**The Opportunity**

The Relationship Manager will be responsible for managing an existing portfolio of clients who include Recruitment Agencies and Corporate clients across Australia.

Your primary focus is retention, cross-upselling and client experience - a true Relationship Management role.

A typical week is 25 client calls, 4 client meetings and working closely with the Business Development Team to drive growth and performance across your portfolio.

You will act as a brand ambassador focusing on increasing exposure and building relevant industry relationships which will be a key component of growing market share.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Client Account relationship Management
- Managing client expectations
- Resolving Client Issues
- Booking / Attending face to face meetings with customers
- To help make our customers working lives simpler
- New client growth from sales of Contractor Management, Back Office Solutions and Migration solutions
- Accurate on-boarding of new clients
- Sales presentations to new and existing clients
- Attending industry and networking functions

**The Person**

To be considered for this role, you will have 3-4 years in a client facing Account Management / Relationship Management role ideally within the HR services space, this could include RecTech, Recruitment, Contractor Management, Business Services etc.

**You will have the following**:

- The ability to prioritise your workload and multi-task
- Excellent time management skills
- Impeccable attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- The ability to run client meetings, attend networking events etc
