**The PMO Manager will be responsible for**:

- Design and lead the implementation of a common project management methodology, standards, and tools.
- Manage, coordinate, and oversee all aspects of project data, including financial forecast, schedule / timelines, progress, project variations, assurance activities, and benefits identified, across the Department.
- Meet developing reporting requirements, in accordance with the Framework and Stakeholder expectations.
- Providing analytics and insights based on data and reports provided by the respective divisions within the Department, identifying trends, inconsistencies, and highlighting areas of key risk or issues.
- Establish and maintain stakeholder relationships through effective communication, management of expectations and issues, to ensure reporting deliverables are met.
- Consulting with the point of contact for responsible business units to ensure project reporting and papers are provided to the Capital Investment Portfolio Management Office on time and at the agreed frequency.
- Monitor and evaluate key aspects of project reporting data, including risk and contingency management, benefits, project impact and quality measures, to identify and escalate issues.
- Coordinate Gateway Review processes as required for major project delivery.

**Key requirements**
- Infrastructure/ Construction Background.
- Government experience highly regarded.
- PMP/ Prince2 certified.
- Excel skills - advanced.
- Communication skills - Excellent.
- Experience with reporting and visualisation tools.
