Sustainability Reporting Advisor
**Job Description Summary**

As a Sustainability Reporting Advisor, you’ll be a key contributor to our integrated facilities and property management contract. You’ll collaborate with internal teams, client stakeholders, and external partners to deliver high-quality environmental reporting and performance analytics. Your insights will help shape decisions across energy, water, waste, and clean energy initiatives.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Prepare and deliver environmental performance reports (carbon footprint, energy, waste, water).
- Support mandatory legislative reporting (e.g. NGERS, NPI).
- Maintain and troubleshoot environmental data systems (e.g. Envizi).
- Analyse environmental trends and communicate insights to stakeholders.
- Collaborate across property planning, lease management, procurement, and upgrade projects.
- Mentor junior staff and contribute to thought leadership.
- Identify opportunities for innovation and continuous improvement in reporting practices.

**What We’re Looking For**
- Tertiary qualifications in environmental science, engineering, or related discipline.
- Up to 2 years’ experience in environmental reporting or data analytics.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to derive insights from complex datasets.
- Proficiency in MS Office; experience with Envizi highly regarded.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Ability to manage competing priorities and deliver to tight deadlines.
