This is a senior role within the Dive Centre Manly Leadership Team, reporting to the Owner.

**PRIME OBJECTIVES OF THE ROLE**:
To ensure that high standards of presentation and customer service are maintained both in-store and online. To manage and control all aspects of stock control, retail operations, and marketing. To work closely with the Training Operations Manager on rostering, scheduling, and logistics.

**MAIN PERFORMANCE INDICATORS**:

- Customer Service
- Store presentation
- Retail Sales
- POS, Ordering and Inventory Control
- Management of rental gear

**TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES**:
(Each task is essential. The order they appear does not indicate priorities.)
- Maintain a high level of customer service at all times
- Maintain up-to-date customer records
- Order stock in line with the agreed range and stock levels
- Ensure all stock is priced and reviewed periodically
- Keep all stock clean, tidy and well-presented
- Make recommendations for improvement of stock ranges, pricing levels and store layout
- Ensure rental gear is accounted for correctly and well-maintained
- Liaise with supplier representatives where appropriate
- Ensure the shop is kept clean, neat and tidy at all times
- Store opening and closing.
- Security of cash, stock and store.
- Update and maintain the website in collaboration with the Training Operations Manager.
- Manage marketing calendar, social media activity & newsletters
- Coordinate the daily activities with the Training Operations Manager to ensure high levels of customer service at all times.
- Effectively manage inbox and respond in a timely manner
- Uphold the brand values & tone of Dive Centre Manly

**DESIRED QUALITIES, EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS**:

- Previous experience in the management of bookings & reservations systems
- Knowledge and understanding of social media trends & best practices
- Stock and inventory management
- A keen eye for detail
- Have sufficient flexibility to undertake and take ownership of a range of tasks
- Full & Clean Driving License (can drive manual)
- Organised and effective communicator

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $65,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
