Centre Director / Nominated Supervisor
to steward quality, culture and growth.

What you'll lead

  • Keep children safe and champion wellbeing in line with the National Law & Regulations.
  • Run day-to-day operations and maintain all compliance and documentation.
  • Coach, roster and develop a high-performing team; respond to staff needs with calm, solutions-focused leadership.
  • Build trusting relationships with families and our local community.
  • Partner with the Educational Leader to evolve a flexible, inclusive EYLF 2.0 program.
  • Work closely with the Approved Provider and contribute to the service's QIP and continuous improvement.
  • Support enrolments/occupancy.

About you

  • Children's safety comes first - always.
  • Warm, thoughtful communicator who leads with empathy and consistency.
  • Strong knowledge of NQF/NQS, National Law & Regulations and best-practice documentation.
  • Extensive experience with children 0 - 6 and proven experience managing a centre.
  • Excellent time management; calm under pressure; continuous improvement mindset.

Must-haves

  • Early Childhood qualification (Diploma or ECT).
  • WWCC, National Police Check, Child Protection training.
  • First Aid, CPR, Asthma & Anaphylaxis certifications.
  • Food Safety Supervisor certificate.
