This is the perfect role for an admin professional who enjoys working part-time with a close-knit team of Accountants. You will be the first point of call for all incoming phone calls. So a welcoming phone manner is a must.
Part time role and potential for Full time opportunity based on performance.
General Tasks
First point of contact for all incoming phone calls (with assistance from our office manager)
Provide general support to office manager and directors.
Coordinate all job bookings.
Collection of post letters from the post office.

Proactive approach to all aspects of the job
High attention to detail
Exceptional time management and the ability to prioritise.
The ability to be assertive, you must be confident in picking up the phone in order to have a difficult problem solved.
Able to work within time frames set for completion of jobs/tasks
Must bring a positive vibe to the office and work well as a team
Excellent written and verbal communication skills are a must.
Knowledge using PC and MAC-based.
Experience in Bookkeeping Software (Xero/MYOB) and helping with maintaining with Accounts Receivable ,Accounts Payable and other Bookkeeping funtions.
**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent
Part-time hours: 20 - 40 per week
**Salary**: $44,580.00 - $78,529.00 per year
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
**Experience**:
- customer service: 1 year (preferred)
