Due to internal promotion, a fantastic opportunity has opened for a hands-on Cellar Team Leader to join a tight knit Cellar team. Reporting into the Food & Beverage Manager, this role will ensure quality & control of stock delivery through supervising efficient cellar operations.

This is an exciting time to join our Club as we embark on the execution of our strategic plan which includes a refresh of our Clubhouse, digital transformation, expansion of our facilities as well as exploring potential opportunities in our precinct.

**Duties include, **but are not limited to:

- Provide effective feedback, training, leadership, support, and growth opportunities to Cellar team members.
- Proactively maintain a safe, clean, and comfortable working environment for employees in the Cellar, in accordance with WHS standards and club policies.
- Carry out Cellar operations tasks, accepting and checking deliveries, changing kegs, restocking bar.
- Assist Stock Controller when required.

**About you**:

- Experience in a similar role in Cellar operations
- Strong leadership skills and the ability to lead a small, tight knit team.
- Hospitality industry experience (desirable)
- Ability to work a 7-day rotating roster including weekend work.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- RSA & RCG
- Forklift Licence
