Cellar Hand

This is an exciting time to join our Club as we embark on the execution of our strategic plan which includes a refresh of our Clubhouse, digital transformation, expansion of our facilities as well as exploring potential opportunities in our precinct.

As part of the Food & Beverage team, you will be responsible for the stock control and maintenance of the Clubs’ cellars. This hands-on role will see you carrying out cellar operations as part of a tight knit team.

**Duties include (but are not limited to)**
- Maintaining the cellar and all service outlets
- Requisitions and restocking of service outlets.
- Stock control and stocktake (monthly)
- Data entry
- Receiving and dispatching of deliveries
- Changing kegs
- Keg coupler, beer tap maintenance and beer line cleaning.
- General maintenance and cleaning

**Required competencies**:

- Physically fit as manual handling is involved.
- Drivers Licence
- Forklift Licence
- Previous experience in a warehouse environment or cellar management in a venue (desirable)
- Flexible availability - covering a rotating roster, including early starts, weekends, and public holidays.
- RSA and RCG qualified or willing to obtain.
- Strong communication skills and is a team player.
