About the role
As a Security Adviser you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day security function of a select group of Electorate Offices within Victoria. This includes incident response, threat & risk assessments and attending Parliament House on a rotational basis to manage security when the Parliament sits.
Providing specialist security advice to a members and Electorate Offices, developing and maintaining relationships is key to the success of this role.
About you
With experience in security or security related industry, you have a working knowledge of security systems, incident management and security requirements for buildings and events.
Your communication skills and ability to manage sensitive situations in a confidential environment are vital to this role, coupled with your strong problem-solving skills and ability work collaboratively under pressure and to tight timelines
