Ensure the completion of necessary documents for all quality assurance activities.
- Responsible for managing all work according to order schedule and completion of all orders within the time frame
- Monitor and evaluate produce, reporting any quality issues
- Responsible for order packing accuracy & traceability (quality, best before dates, labelling etc)
- Produce dispatch check which includes quality, quantity, date, labels, and temperature check
- Sampling procedures, recording retention samples and reporting quality data
- Recording the daily scale check procedure and calibration.
- Recording and reporting the material stock check on weekly basis
- Develop team environment in department and resolve all packing issues in coordination with manager
- Monitor and recommend improvement in processes to increases efficiency packaging department
- Grade and pack produce according to the following standards whilst meeting KPI targets:

- Size
- Shape
- Colour
- Weigh product accurately according to product requirement
- Daily pre operational hygiene check
- Follow hygiene policies and procedures
- Other tasks as required

Responsible for carry out all the duties in absence of manager

**Desirable Qualifications**
- Proven experience as Quality Assurance or relevant position. Not mandatory.
- In-depth knowledge of Quality Assurance procedures
- Adherence to health and safety regulations (e.g. constant use of protective gear)
- Good level of fitness with the ability to undertake physical and repetitive work

**Salary**: $53,000.00 - $63,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Rotating roster

Supplemental pay types:

- Overtime pay
