The Digital Industries team have an exciting opportunity for a motivated and professional individual to join their growing team. Reporting to the Customer Services Support Supervisor, this role is dynamic and challenging, and would be suited to someone passionate about customer service and delivering results to a high standard.

Your key responsibilities will include, but will not be limited to:

- Process customer orders into the ERP system in an efficient and timely manner to fulfill the customer order at the requested date in line with company guidelines.
- Supports Business Administration Management of an assigned business organization.
- Supports consolidation of all accounting, financial reporting, and other finance related operations.
- Ensure appropriate and timely response to customer requests, queries and issues.
- Monitor back orders, check order delivery dates and send confirmation to customers, co-ordinate technical and commercial clarifications incl creditworthiness and export control checks.
- Effectively liaise with external and internal stakeholders, including customers, team leads, sales team and product team.
- Perform other customer service duties as required.
- Review and track backorders, inventory on hand and delivery schedules.
- Liaise with all stakeholders to provide up to date Delivery status including coordinating with logistics and warehouse.
- Previous experience in a customer service/order entry environment.
- Strong IT skills - SAP knowledge is mandatory.
- Knowledge of intra company and triangle business orders is beneficial.
- Excellent time management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage tasks efficiently and effectively.
