Order Management Team Leader

We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced and motivated professional to join our Smart Infrastructure Order Management team, as Team Leader. Your primary function will be to lead and manage all aspects of the end-to-end order management function across product and service sales, with emphasis on continuous improvement in operating results and strengthening the underlying processes.
Your key responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
- Lead an order management team (inclusive of product and service sales), coach and mentor team members, build performance and capability to ensure they achieve their professional growth.
- Work with Sales, Marketing and Business Units to ensure that our customer obligations are achieved and take ownership of escalations.
- Continuously seek to streamline processes, support and implement digitization initiatives
- Be passionate about Smart Infrastructure and work towards supporting the growth and customer satisfaction of our business.
