**Your new role**

As a Strategy Lead, you will lead for the development of Fund and business unit strategies for Executive and Board audiences by working closely with the Senior Manager and business stakeholders.

Some key responsibilities include, but are not limited to;
- Support the development, review and maintenance of the Fund’s long-term strategy.
- Lead the development of business/functional level strategies and key strategic initiatives.
- Conduct key strategic analysis and deliver insights to inform executive decision-making.
- Support activities related to development of the Fund strategy, business planning and evaluation of opportunities to achieve the Fund’s long-term strategic objectives.
- Deliver key activities which support coordination and alignment of various strategies across the Fund.
- Conduct robust market scans and analysis of global and cross-industry trends, to support the identification of new opportunities and benchmarking insights.
- Support the development of quantitative and qualitative market intelligence, benchmarking, modelling and scenario development.
- Assist with preparation of Executive Committee and Board submissions.
- Be a trusted advisor to business units to deliver and align strategic initiatives and solutions.

**What you’ll need**
- 5+ years of experience in top-tier management consulting in the services industry, or an in-house strategy role. Financial services experience preferable.
- Strategy development experience is required.
- Superior analytical capability and structured problem-solving skills.
- Ability to analyse large datasets and derive strategic and actionable insights.
- Developed written and oral communication skills with the ability to present ideas, perspectives and issues.
- Strong stakeholder management skills.
- Demonstrated capacity to work under pressure and ambiguity.
