Our Client is a large mining company with multiple mine sites across Australia, they are after an experienced Payroll Manager to work on a full-time basis in their Brisbane CBD office.

**Key Duties**:

- Lead the end-to-end payroll function
- Conduct regular reviews and Audits of the payroll system
- Lead the year-end payroll service delivery including - the preparation of payment summaries and year-end payroll reporting
- Conduct training sessions, provide leadership and coaching within the payroll team and other internal stakeholders
- Maintain up to date payroll procedures and processes
- Provide advice and support to managers and staff on behalf of the payroll department

**Experience needed**:
To succeed in this role, you should be self-motivated and able to work efficiently and collaboratively with:

- Tertiary qualifications in Payroll, Accounting or similar
- Pulse software experience
- Experience with high volume pay runs
- Excellent organisational skills, including the ability to plan, coordinate and manage competing priorities within set deadlines
- End-to-end payroll experience
