**Description**:
Let’s talk about you
- Experience in a Learning & Development, Instructional Design or Facilitation/Training role.
- Understanding of learning methodologies and frameworks.
- Qualifications in Learning & Development (for example, qualifications in Training and Assessment, Education, Instructional Design, HR etc.).
- An understanding of the Telco or similar industries, ideally with experience in Sales and Customer Service/Contact Centre environments.
- Sound experience in learning delivery, including coaching and classroom facilitation, with the aim to improve performance and knowledge for staff.

**Skills and Experiences**:
How will you support our “Why?”
- Facilitating, evaluating and prioritising organisational development and training needs of staff in line with ABB’s objectives and strategic targets.
- Creating, delivering, and evaluating a dynamic learning experience across ABB, using contemporary learning models and practices.
- Contributing to capability frameworks, using contemporary authoring tools to create content, and building learning programs.
- Working with managers to determine L&D needs, and where required, assisting with individual development plans and career pathways.
- Leading the development and delivery of strategic learning and development initiatives.
- This is a 6 month contract (likely to be extended).
