**About the company**:
Our client is one of Bendigo’s most reputable and reliable law firms. Due to an internal promotion, they are seeking a dedicated and reliable Receptionist on a full-time basis, to join their team based in the Bendigo CBD.
**About the role**:
- Opening, sorting, and distributing the morning mail to the appropriate staff member.
- Diary and calendar management; booking and rescheduling appointments.
- Accepting payments and paperwork from clients.
- Maintaining office supplies and general housekeeping of communal spaces and boardrooms.
- Arranging catering and bookings for internal events and meetings.
- Ad hoc administration support as required.
**About you**:
- The ability to work under pressure and prioritise competing deadlines.
- Sound computer skills and familiarity with the Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent customer service skills; both over the phone and face-to-face.
- A friendly and approachable personality, with the ability to work autonomously and demonstrate initiative.
