We are seeking a passionate and results-driven education counsellor to join our expanding team at our Sydney office and support our mission of guiding international students toward academic success.

**What you'll be doing**
- Provide comprehensive counselling to prospective and current students regarding educational programs, career paths, and academic planning
- Stay well-informed about the institution’s programs, admission criteria, and GS requirements to deliver accurate and up-to-date guidance.
- Engage with students in a respectful and supportive manner to build trust and promote a motivating atmosphere
- Must show a proactive attitude, be fully dedicated, and take responsibility for completing the assigned task efficiently and effectively
- Able to perform effectively under pressure with tight deadlines while ensuring consistent and timely communication with clients
- Maintain accurate and current client records within the company’s CRM system

**What we're looking for**
- 1-2 years of proven experience in international education counselling (preferred)
- Solid knowledge of the Australian education system, student visa processes (particularly Subclass 500), and enrolment procedures
- Experienced in driving sales performance and building lasting customer relationships through exceptional service
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities, adept at connecting with students from a wide range of cultural backgrounds
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Tertiary qualification in a relevant field, such as marketing, education or business (preferred)
- A dynamic and imaginative individual with a positive, solution-oriented mindset
- Students are most welcome for part-time only
