We are seeking a proactive and dynamic Sales Manager & Treatment Coordinator to join our team, playing a pivotal role in nurturing patient relationships, managing leads, and driving the growth of our clinic through effective sales strategies.

**About the Role**: As a Sales Manager and Treatment Coordinator, you will be the driving force behind our patient engagement and sales efforts. Your primary focus will be on nurturing leads, managing the sales pipeline, and ensuring that every patient receives personalized attention and care throughout their treatment journey.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Lead Nurturing**: Manage and nurture incoming leads by providing timely and relevant information, following up consistently, and building strong relationships with potential patients.
- **Sales Management**: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to convert inquiries into bookings, consistently achieving or exceeding sales targets.
- Serve as the main point of contact for new and existing patients, guiding them through their treatment plans with clarity and empathy.
- Educate patients on treatment options, addressing their concerns, and ensuring they feel confident in their decisions.
- Collaborate with the dental team to coordinate patient care seamlessly, ensuring a positive and cohesive experience.
- Track and report on lead generation, conversion rates, and other key sales metrics to inform strategy and improve performance.
- Work closely with the marketing team to align on campaigns and promotions, ensuring lead generation efforts are effectively supported.

- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities effectively.
