**Your new role**
They are excited to bring a new Specialist Warranty Officer on board to join the team, to work on projects within the Central Coast and Newcastle Region. In this role, you will be responsible for the investigation, scheduling and management of high-level warranty issues as required while constantly providing a high level of service to internal and external customers. This will entail you to carry out maintenance rectification as well as maintenance works as directed, including arranging and supervising contractors as required.

**What you'll need to succeed**
- Trade or tertiary qualification or relevant industry related experience (residential)
- Knowledge and understanding of building regulations, WH&S regulations as well as quality assurance systems
- Ability to deliver works of established high quality standards
- Ability to deliver consistent high standard of work
- Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
