As our **Marketing Manager**, you’ll lead the charge in building campaigns that drive high-quality leads, strengthen our brand, and support our rapid growth.
The Role: Marketing Manager
We’re looking for a **hands-on, results-focused Marketing Manager** to join our Sydney team. You’ll own the marketing function end-to-end—running paid campaigns, SEO, content, branding, and CRM automation—while working closely with Sales and Operations to deliver measurable growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead our **marketing strategy** across digital and brand channels.
- Manage **Google and Meta Ads campaigns** to control CPL and improve ROI.
- Drive **SEO and content marketing** to build organic traffic and inbound leads.
- Oversee **CRM & automations** (HighLevel) to improve conversions and pipeline performance.
- Build and Maintain a strong **brand identity** across all channels and social media platforms
- Create engaging ad copy, landing pages, and content.
- Implement **tracking, reporting, and dashboards**.
- Collaborate with Sales & Ops teams to align marketing with business goals.
- Manage relationships with freelancers, VAs, and agencies as needed.

Key Qualities
- Passion for both **performance marketing** and **brand building**.
- Initiative, problem-solving ability, and adaptability.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on outcomes.
- Team-oriented, humble, and open to feedback.
Desirable Experience
- 3-5+ years in **marketing management or performance marketing**.
- Expertise in **Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO, CRO**.
- Skilled with **CRM & automation tools** (HighLevel a plus).
- Proven success lowering CPL/CAC and improving ROAS.
- Experience in the **VET/RTO or education sector** highly regarded.

Salary & Earnings
- **Base Salary**: $90,000 - $110,000 (depending on experience).
- **On-Target Earnings (OTE)**: $120,000 - $140,000+ (uncapped).
