**Who we’re looking for**:
We are looking for an experienced full-time **Service Desk Team Leader**
**What you’ll be doing**:
In this role, you will use your technical knowledge to manage & support IT support tasks. You will be responsible for leading the Level 1 service desk team to triage and resolve IT tickets submitted through the company’s service desk portal. You will be required to manage escalation that comes from the business and facilitate analysis with other teams. As your team serve as the first line of support customer satisfaction will be your top priority.
**Requirements**:
- IT qualification is preferred
- Minimum 1 years’ experience in Technical Support.
- Proficient in Active Directory, Office 365, Microsoft Exchange.
