**About the role**

Due to an internal move within the team, we are currently looking for a new Service Desk Analyst to join our IT department. As the first point of call for IT issues for the business you will be passionate about providing exceptional customer service. Key responsibilities will include:

- Providing basic IT support to support office and restaurants - mostly level 1 and 2 requests
- Troubleshooting and resolving issues including software, hardware, POS and network
- Working closely with our support partners to deliver business needs
- Providing recommendations to mitigate recurring issues.
- Adhering to industry best practice

**What are we looking for?**
- You will have experience in a similar role ideally from hospitality, retail, FMCG or Manufacturing
- Experience with Redcat is highly desired
- A passion for providing exceptional customer service and being the face of IT
- Proven experience exceeding SLA’s
- You will be organised, able to easily prioritise tasks and work well under pressure
- Flexible attitude - after hours and weekend work will be required

Due to the nature of this position on-call shifts are required so we will need someone that is able to work after hours and on weekends.
