Your Role:
- Daily Production Management: Set up and manage the production floor, ensuring all production sheets are prepared, completed, and collected at the end of the day.
- Equipment Setup: Prepare and maintain various production equipment including checkweighers, omori machines, labelers, and vision detection systems.
- Stock Control: Check and prepare stock levels for daily production, ensuring all products are correctly labeled and stored.
- Team Coordination: Rotate staff and manage teams to maintain continuous production to meet delivery schedules.
- Quality Assurance: Ensure all products meet quality standards, report any issues to the QA Manager, and assist in process/quality matters when required.
- Hygiene and Safety: Maintain general hygiene and sanitation, ensuring all staff adhere to PPE requirements and safety protocols.

- Licences: Current Drivers Licence and own transport. Forklift Licence. First Aid Certification (desirable).
