**Role**
Exciting opportunity for a highly experienced leader to lead a regional team to deliver profitable growth and achieve all KPI’s that form part of the Commercial Insurance and SME strategies and business plans. This role reports into the Chief Distribution & Deal Management Officer.
The Regional Manager will be accountable for driving a collaborative and customer orientated approach to market across all Lobs, BRL’s, GRL’s and engaging with Claims, Finance and Risk Engineering where appropriate.
The Regional Manager will also be responsible for engagement with Australia Head Office and responsible escalation where required.

**mportant to your success**
- Business degree
- 10 years + insurance experience with underwriting and sales experience
- ANZIIF CIP Senior Insurance Qualification
- Demonstrated experience leading and managing cross functional teams
- Proven ability in driving performance of the business through people performance and talent management activities: setting high performance objectives, setting high behaviour expectations, coaching for performance, driving development through Individual Development Plans (IDP), and evaluating results
- Demonstrated ability to execute on strategic plans and company initiatives
