As the Regional Manager - Facilities Management (FM) you will be responsible for the management of all FM Services across NSW & ACT, including the delivery of all services provided by our FM suppliers across our facilities including but not limited to Engineering, Airports, Freight, Jetstar, Flight Operations, Lounges, QantasLink, and our Corporate Offices.

As part of this role, you will ensure the safe delivery of services by our FM supplier’s and its contractors by undertaking assurance activities, customer management, contract management, team management, execution of strategic activities, delivery of safety programs, capital project management from development to implementation, financial management and management of risk across the portfolio of Qantas Group properties.

You will have:

- Ability to manage a large team spread across a complex operation alongside a third-party provider
- Facilities Management Experience in an industrial environment - preferred but not essential
- Ability to present maintenance performance results and strategy at senior management level
- Ability to present FM performance results to key customers and manage actions to address performance results
- Experience in managing a complex third-party service provider
- Experience identifying and supporting system improvements and opportunities
- Proven Account Management skills creating, maintaining and enhancing relationships with Qantas customers and service providers
- Capability to drive efficiency programs throughout the operation
- Assurance and risk management experience
- Working knowledge of building maintenance standards - preferred but not essential.
