**What You’ll Be Doing**
- Lead, mentor, and support a team of fabricators, fostering a strong safety-first and team-focused culture
- Manage day-to-day workshop operations: scheduling, quality control, equipment upkeep, and workflow planning
- Perform high-quality fabrication of PE pipes using Butt Fusion, Electrofusion, Socket Fusion, and Extrusion welding techniques
- Read and interpret technical CAD/line drawings to create accurate prefabricated assemblies
- Ensure compliance with safety standards, company policies, and ISO9000 quality requirements
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external partners to meet timelines and project goals

**What We’re Looking For**
- Demonstrated leadership experience in a Workshop, Fabrication, or Heavy Manufacturing environment
- Skilled in reading technical drawings and conducting accurate material take-offs
- Strong mechanical aptitude and a can-do, solution-driven mindset
- Proven ability to motivate teams, manage performance, and improve processes
