Tradesperson – Powder Coating & Fabrication

Brendale | $35–$40 per hour + penalties | Full-time ongoing role with permanent potential

360 Personnel is recruiting on behalf of our client, a reputable Australian manufacturer specialising in powder coating, metal fabrication, and aluminium fencing systems. Known for their attention to detail and high-quality finishes, this company provides a modern, well-equipped workshop and a tight-knit team environment where reliability and craftsmanship are valued.

This position offers the chance to work on a variety of custom fabrication projects, from prepping and coating to assembling and finishing high-end metal components. The Role

You'll be involved in various aspects of the production process including:

  • Surface preparation, masking, hanging, and powder coating of metal components
  • General fabrication and assembly work across a range of metal products
  • Operation of workshop machinery such as CNC press brake, guillotine, rollers, and welders
  • Inspection of completed work to ensure top-tier quality and finish standards
  • Maintaining a clean, safe, and organised work area in line with OHS requirements
  • Collaborating with other tradespeople and team members to meet production targets

What We're Looking For
  • Proven experience in powder coating, metal fabrication, or CNC press operations
  • Transferable trade skills such as welding, grinding, or general metalwork highly regarded
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality finishes
  • Positive attitude, reliability, and ability to work both independently and within a team
  • Full working rights in Australia
