**Business Change Practitioner**

**About the Role**:
A Government Agency is on the lookout for a Change Practitioner to work in support of a national program on complex projects within an integrated workforce.
- Work collaboratively with stakeholders to understand, analyse and define the change vision and process for change.
- Maintain strong relationships and add value across the organisation through the definition of change impact assessments, current and future state descriptions, and business benefit documents.
- Monitoring and supervising changes to business processes and system, technology, job roles and structures within the organisation
- Delivering Change within Agile Delivery (Scaled)

**Skills and Experience**:

- 5 years' demonstrated experience in Change Management
- Negative Vetting Level 1 / Australia Citizenship
- Demonstrated experience preparing high quality documentation, in particular - change vision, case for change, change impact assessment, business cases/analysis plans, process maps,
- Proven communication skills including the ability to identify and engage effectively with stakeholders, conduct workshops, stakeholder interview and meetings.
- Collecting and analysing data to provide ‘as is’ and ‘to be’ descriptions as well as the change gap;
- Advanced desktop software skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Visio)
- Bachelors Degree in Business Administration, Human resources or a relevant field
- SAFe Agile Delivery Experience
