**Role Summary**:
The **Systems Analyst** is responsible for analysing, managing, and translating business requirements into detailed technical solutions on the **Siebel platform**, aligning with enterprise architecture and development standards. The role plays a vital part in the software development lifecycle by developing documentation, identifying risks, supporting testing, and ensuring high-quality system delivery.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Gather, analyse, and define technical and business requirements.
- Provide systems analysis for Siebel platform enhancements, changes, and defect triage.
- Develop and maintain:

- System requirements
- Functional and technical specifications
- Use cases and process models
- Data and report specifications
- Traceability matrices
- Identify risks, issues, and improvement opportunities.
- Liaise with architects, developers, testers, and data/service modellers to deliver quality outcomes.
- Lead and mentor other team members, contributing to quality assurance through peer reviews.
- Produce outputs from all phases of the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC).
- Provide reports to Lead Business Analyst, Delivery Manager, or Project Manager.
- Manage production incidents and problems as required.
- Ensure knowledge transfer and maintain compliance with departmental documentation and recordkeeping standards.

**Selection Criteria***:
**Essential Criteria**_(must be addressed in a one-page pitch, up to 5000 characters)_**:

- Minimum **6 years of Siebel experience**, including full life cycle implementations.
- At least **5 years' experience as a Systems Analyst**.
- Demonstrated experience in **creating Siebel design documents**.
- Strong **written and verbal communication skills**, with the ability to express complex business needs in technical terms.
- Proven ability to **collaborate within a team environment**.

**Desirable Criteria**:

- Experience working in **large government organisations**.
- Demonstrated experience in **facilitating stakeholder workshops**.
- Excellent **organisation and time management** skills.
- Strong capability to **manage competing priorities**, with a clear sense of urgency and accountability.
