**The Role**

**_Assist_** the commercial and project marketing team with:

- Marketing proposals and associated project proposals
- Client reporting and communication
- Activation of marketing campaigns
- Client interactions and follow up calls
- Internal reporting and data management
- Liaison with clients and other associated persons
- Attend meetings as required and report on meeting minutes
- Conduit to Highland stakeholders and associated parties
- Ensure compliance to process and regulatory requirements
- Research where requested
- Ad-hoc administrative requests

**_Skills _**required for this role:

- Well-presented and spoken
- Strong written English and professional phone manner
- Experience in either residential or commercial real estate (or project management background) ideal, but not mandatory
- General understanding of real estate marketing
- Strong attention to detail
- Knowledge of Microsoft office
- Prior use of a CRM and
- Ability to juggle competing projects
- Willing to take responsibility of task
- General interest or understanding of real estate
- Must have a Cert of Reg as a min to legally work in real estate
