With extensive company growth in this sector we are looking to grow our team.

THE ROLE:

We are seeking a construction supervisor to:

  • Attend sites across Greater Sydney, Blue Mountains and South Coast of NSW.
  • Work out of our office in the Sutherland Shire.
  • Prepare reports/scopes and provide accurate pricing
  • Manage multiple projects at any given time ranging from $1000 to $1,000,000+
  • Liaise with multiple clients and client contacts, establish client relationships
  • Schedule and manage trades (All trade types)
  • Complete all WHS requirements – including risk assessments and SWMS
  • Minimum 5 + years construction experience

CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS:

  • Relevant licenses and tertiary education - Cert IV Building & Construction / carpentry License or Cert IV Project Management
  • Extensive knowledge of WHS and the NCC
  • Working at heights preferred
  • Ability to work in a small team environment
  • Ability to build/maintain relationships with clients and customers
  • Customer focused and professional attitude
  • Ability to handle pressure
  • Good problem-solving skills and proactive personality
  • Friendly and personable manner
  • Strong time management skills and ability to multitask
  • Competent with Microsoft Office and Outlook
  • Current driver's license
  • Experience within the Wastewater industry
  • Commercial construction experience preferred
