We are currently working in partnership with a State Government corporation. They are looking to recruit an AO3 Financial Assessment Support Officer on a 4-month contract with the ability to extend.
About the role:
You will be working alongside another Financial Assessment Support Officer to assist with financial assessment lodgements. This role requires a large amount of data entry and responding to enquiries so great attention to detail and written communication are essential skills. Experience in bookkeeping or finance admin would be considered desirable for this role.
Responsibilities will include:
- Assess and prioritise financial information received through annual reporting lodgements.
- Manage shared inbox and responding to enquiries.
- Liaise with licensees, accountants, and stakeholders regarding reporting information.
- Collate and report on assessment outcomes.
- Provide advice to external customers regarding requirements for licencing and compliance.
About you:
- Exceptional data entry skills and experience.
- Understanding of financial statements and the information included.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
