A new opportunity exists for an experienced, contemporary, analytical Strategic Workforce Planning Consultant. This role will partner with key stakeholders on multiple projects, to identify the links between business strategy and capability needs into the future, guiding the business and recommending effective workforce strategies that support transformation and growth. With the support of data scientists, you will research, plan and devise frameworks and workforce models that can be applied across the business.

In order to be successful in this role, you will be degree qualified and bring demonstrated experience in workforce planning methods, tools, processes and frameworks. Equally scenario planning as relevant to workforce strategy development, and experience in codifying a workforce using capability and job architectures would be incredibly useful.

A strong communicator and influencer, you are able to adapt to various levels of seniority, explain complex concepts to engage people and have the ability to provide quality insights to inform business decision making using a variety of data points.
