Exciting opportunity for a Property Consultant to join our Eastern SAED team working on a major Wireless project
About the Role

Service Stream’s Telecommunications division are currently seeking a Junior Property Consultant to join our Eastern SAED team. Reporting directly to the Project Manager, you will be responsible for supporting our wireless projects by ensuring all activities are in compliance with legislative requirements and liaising with various stakeholders involved in site acquisitions.

Nature of position: Permanent, Full Time

Location: Brisbane, QLD

Reporting Line: Project Manager

Key Responsibilities
- Ensure all tasks relating to the project activities are in compliance with legislative requirements including all relevant Statutes, Regulations and Codes
- Identify potential installation sites by research and networking
- Liaise with legal advisors in securing formal tenure agreements for installation sites
- Negotiate tenure agreements with property owners
- Adhere to project timeframes and ensure costs are kept within budget
- Develop and maintain a high level of understanding of tenure and property law agreements
- Understand and follow risk communication principles and procedures

About You
- Experience within the property industry or in a similar role is highly regarded
- Prior experience in the Telecommunications/Wireless industry is highly regarded however not essential
- Strong understanding of the processes relating to project segments including environmental planning requirements, site design and construction
- Project management skills with the ability to manage stakeholders at all levels
- High level of numerical analysis skills and attention to detail
