How will your ideas contribute to shaping what’s next?

As our new Property Consultant, within the Telecommunications team, you’ll work with a group of highly skilled specialists. You’ll be a trusted partner to a diverse range of national clients and develop a deep understanding of their challenges to co-create innovative solutions that help shape the future.

Here are the key things you’ll do:
- Colocation Management- Coordinate with tower owners and/or private landlords to negotiate and secure new lease agreements- Undertaking various consent requests and issuance of land access activity notices-
- Working with our clients and teams to provide information and deliverable updates

Alongside your industry experience in similar Property / Site Acquisition roles, you’ll also have:
- Real Estate Licence, Tertiary qualification in property or post graduate qualifications is desirable- Property experience with a demonstrated skill in negotiations and leasing is desirable- Willingness to learn relevant property statutory legislation, standards, and client requirements- Positive attitude with the ability to build strong working relationships- Experience working within a multidisciplinary group to meet internal and external objectives
