We are currently seeking an experienced **ILS Manager** to be based in the ACT. The ILS Manager will be assisting in the delivery of a complex program by assisting a wide range of stakeholders with vested interests in the program. This acquisition program is to build, develop and deliver capability to defence and government while linking to coalition partners.

You will need excellent communication skills to collaborate with numerous stakeholders engaged in the task. Excellent remuneration is available for an ILS Manager with proven leadership abilities in the Defence industry.

**As ILS Manager you will**:

- Head up and build business functionality by providing guidance on ILS functions
- Provide guidance on Technical ILS requirements end to end.
- Provide asset management plans
- Develop ILS plans IAW Defence policy
- Lead project teams in the development of ILSP-S and functions
- Strong appreciation of ILS, Logistics and Through Life Support in a technical environment

**To be considered for a role you will possess**
- A high level of experience in ILS management.
- A demonstrated knowledge of Defence acquisition policy and processes
- Experienced in achieving demanding milestones'
- Understand full life cycle management
- Experience in a defence SPO
- Excellent communications skills written and oral
- Experienced in Defence acquisition projects.
- Applicants **MUST** hold a current AGSVA clearance
