**The Opportunity**:
Join a dynamic team on a rapid acquisition project and make a significant impact as an Integrated Logistics Support (ILS) Lead.

**This is a full-time permanent position, based in either Melbourne, Canberra or Adelaide.**

**Required Qualifications, Experience and Knowledge**
- Bachelor or Trade in Logistics, Engineering, or a related discipline
- 5-7 years’ experience working within Defence logistics with a strong understanding of materiel life cycle management, including acquisition and sustainment phases.
- Strong stakeholder engagement skills with a proven ability to work collaboratively across multi-disciplinary teams.
- Ability to communicate complex logistics concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Ability to lead ILS initiatives, manage project timelines, and drive outcomes with mínimal supervision.
