The ILSM will be supported by the ILS Team and is responsible for generating the key project ILS artefacts including support Concept, Logistics Support Analysis Plan, ILS Plan and other associated ILS documentation.

**Responsibilities**:

- Review and moderate ILS products.
- Review and moderate Life Cycle Cost Plan and reports.
- Develop ILS plans and procedures.
- Management, mentorship, and direction of ILS practitioners.
- Provide input into the development of OCD and FPS
- Provision of technical regulatory and safety compliance advice.
- Provide support to Initial and Final Operational Capability acceptance process.
- Continuing quality assurance and configuration assurance of Supportability and ILS artefacts.
- Review and provide advice on contractual statement of work artefacts

Required skills
- Technical qualifications in a related field
- Superior ILS planning and management experience
- Previous experience in a similar role
- Demonstrated leadership experience on a Defence acquisition project
- Strong understanding of the Defence sector
- Exceptional communications skills, both written and verbal
