**About The Role**:
**Your responsibilities will include**:

- Supporting participant/s with community access and engagement
- Aid with confidence building within the community.
- Promote social inclusion, encourage skill-building.
- In addition, you will be managing behavioural and emotional needs in community settings to improve life skills.
- The broader team will support you.
- You will work 6 hours each day in a split shift set up. (3hours in the morning and 3 hours in the evening)

**What We are Looking For**

You are calm, dependable, and physically capable of working independently. You have strong de-escalation skills and are confident in managing complex mental health or behavioural needs.

**Ideally, you will have**:

- Experience supporting individuals with metal health or AOD-related needs.
- Strong interpersonal skills and emotional intelligence
- An initiative-taking mindset and the ability to follow detailed support plans.
- Confidence in documenting progress and incidents accurately
- Available for an immediate start

**Requirements**:

- Certificate III or IV in Mental Health, Community Services, or a related field
- NDIS Worker Screening Check
- Current First Aid & CPR
- Available vaccination history
- Completed current NDIS modules.
- Evidence of Australian Working Rights
- 2 Relevant reference checks
- NSW Working with Children Check
- National Police Check (Less than 6 months old)
