Position**:Male Disability Support Worker**

Location: Fishing Point, Newcastle

Pay Rate: $41+ per hour to $90+ public holiday rates.

**About the Role**:
Support Worker Needed: Join Us in Making a Difference

We are looking for dedicated, compassionate, and experienced **male **support workers to join our team in **Fishing Point, Newcastle**. You’ll work one-on-one with 2 young males with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), intellectual disability and Global Developmental Delay (GDD). One participant is non-verbal and has a Behavior Support Plan (BSP) in place. Your role will be to provide safe, engaging, and respectful support tailored to their needs.

**Job Type**: Casual

Pay: $41.00 - $90.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 - 40 per week
