We're seeking a Capability & Embedment Lead to design and deliver transformative solutions that build change leadership capability, foster a growth mindset, and support IIA's strategic initiatives.As a capability lead for Commercial Enterprise Platform (CEP), you'll partner with project teams, SMEs, and stakeholders to uplift leadership and team performance through engaging, fit-for-purpose learning and coaching experiences. You'll assess capability gaps, tailor solutions to business needs, and apply quality assurance practices to ensure alignment with divisional goals and successful change adoption.This role requires strong program management and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to influence behavioural change and support the adoption of new systems and ways of working.
