**The opportunity to join our team**
- We’re looking for an experienced Transformation Lead to run complex programs of work that enable business and technology transformation. In this role, you’ll lead strategic initiatives, ensuring seamless collaboration across teams while managing risk, scope, and delivery to achieve impactful outcomes.
- You’ll work closely with senior stakeholders, technology teams, and business leaders to shape and execute transformation strategies that enhance efficiency, innovation, and compliance in a dynamic regulatory environment.

**Key Responsibilities**:
- Lead and oversee transformation programs, ensuring successful execution and business alignment
- Navigate collaboration between Technology and Business to deliver high-quality outcomes
- Manage scope, risk, and dependencies across multiple initiatives
- Influence and engage senior stakeholders, including General Managers and third parties
- Provide clear, impactful communication to align teams and drive decision-making
- Facilitate workshops and presentations to promote engagement and innovation
**What you will bring**:
- Relevant business qualifications (graduate or postgraduate)
- Extensive experience leading transformation programs in a complex regulatory and technology-driven environment
- Strong expertise in program and project management, with industry certifications such as Agile, PMBOK, or PRINCE2
- Proven ability to navigate ambiguity, drive change, and align cross-functional teams
- Excellent leadership skills—trusted, collaborative, and proactive in risk management
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence at all levels
