Boeing are now recruiting for the position of **Office Administrator** to be based in our Sydney CBD offices.

You will possess a high level of communication skills and are comfortable working both autonomously, and participating collaboratively across teams. You are someone who enjoys establishing relationships with internal and external stakeholders, has a professional approach and is enthusiastic about administration and support in a professional office.

**Position Responsibilities**:

- Create, edit and maintain electronic and written communications
- Travel support and administration including collecting data to provide visibility of status to business travelers; and assist travelers with reconciliation of charges.
- Assist in the induction of new employees to the office
- Generate and complete expense reports in a timely and accurate manner by utilising Boeing policies and tools.
- Prepare reports, and presentations, with general guidance and direction, using applicable company standards.
- Review and process incoming and outgoing communication and correspondence to ensure proper dissemination of information.
- Assist in reception duties and conference room management
- Order and maintain office supplies for area of responsibility
- Assist the team in the acquisition and maintenance of resources such as computing equipment
- Support and coordinate logistics for meetings such as employee meetings, workshops, conferences, leadership events, and customer/supplier/consultant meetings using Boeing business tools and resources.

**You will need to have**:

- At least 2 years’ experience in a similar position
- Excellent attention to detail
- Strong communication and relation building skills
- Ability to problem solve by following established practices and procedures
- Strong office experience, such as Microsoft Suite, Printing, compiling reports, submitting expenses and travel requests
