The Role
Hudson has partnered with a high-profile government authority seeking a Property Leasing and Capital Works Assistant Director with experience in complex project management relating to property leasing and capital works/fit-outs.

**Duties**:
- Manage and co-ordinate capital work projects, including new and renewal of leasing agreements, fit outs, and management of the Future Workplace Strategy.
- Manage assigned projects and develop project plans and identify potential risks associated with capital projects and develop risk mitigation strategies.
- Following Commonwealth Procurement rules, manage project budgets, cost estimates and financial forecasts.
- Prepare and present regular status reports to senior management and stakeholders.
- Prepare and maintain accurate project documentation including plans, reports and progress updates.
- Extensive understanding of local, state and federal regulations and coordinate approvals for project as needed.
- Foster a collaborative work environment.
- Provide supervision to supporting project staff within the Procurement and Facilities team as required.
**Do You Have?**
- Experience in complex project management relating to property leasing and capital works/fit-outs.
- Have extensive and detailed relevant knowledge, able to provide advice on policy, legislation, processes, and regulation.
- Be able to communicate effectively with colleagues and stakeholders providing a results-oriented service.
