A key component of this role is to provide accurate and appropriate guidance to pharmacy owners and their representatives in relation to the preparation and lodgement of pharmacy ownership notifications under the Act, including the provision of first level technical support in the use of the Pharmacy Business Ownership Administration Portal.
This role is also responsible for the identification, investigation and management of non-compliance cases under the supervision of the Inspector, Pharmacy Business Ownership.

**The successful personYou will have demonstrated**:

- knowledge of, or the ability to rapidly acquire knowledge of the Pharmacy Business Ownership Act 2001, the requirements under the Act for submitting notifications, the conditions for compliance, and the systems and processes used to manage the regulation of pharmacy ownership in Queensland.
- knowledge of business structures and commercial dealings, including the ability to critically assess complex ownership structures and commercial agreements.
- well developed problem-solving and analytical skills, including the ability interrogate and interpret data and information, and communicate findings in the form of correspondence and reports.
- high level written and interpersonal skills, including the ability to communicate, consult, negotiate, liaise and collaborate effectively with ainternal stakeholders and external stakeholders.
