We are now seeking a dedicated Security Operations Administrator to join our team and play a key role in maintaining a safe and secure environment for our clients.

**Responsibilities**:

- Supporting the implementation and maintenance of asset security measures to protect the client's valuable property and assets.
- Perform risk analysis and security assessments to identify vulnerabilities and propose mitigation strategies.
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop and implement security policies and procedures.
- Provide concierge support and excellent customer service to clients, employees, and visitors.
- Support the delivery of security awareness training for staff and stakeholders to promote a culture of security consciousness.
- Provide administrative support to the monitoring team and the clients wider security team.
- When required support the conduct regular monitoring of security systems, including CCTV, access control, and intrusion detection systems.
- Respond promptly to security incidents, conduct investigations, and ensure appropriate follow-up actions are taken.

**Requirements**:

**Qualifications**:

- Certificate III in Security Operations is required.
- Certificate II in Security Monitoring is required.
- Proven experience in asset security, monitoring, and risk analysis.
- Familiarity with security systems, including CCTV, access control, and intrusion detection.
- Strong customer service and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with clients and colleagues.
- Ability to handle security incidents with professionalism and efficiency.
- Detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities.
- Knowledge of relevant laws and regulations pertaining to security operations.
- Previous experience in a concierge or customer-facing role is advantageous.
